Hi Leopold,

Please go ahead with the minimal change in #924395 and remove the
moreinfo tag once ros-catkin has been uploaded (please include the
binNMU request in that follow up - see
https://release.debian.org/wanna-build.html for the syntax).

For future reference/case, please consider:
 * File an unblock request (use reportbug as it generate the correct
   bug metadata)
 * Include/Attach the changes in form of a full debdiff.

These steps make it easier for us to find, track and review your request.
