Dear release team,

We have discovered a bug in Keystone, where it failed with Python3 and the
LDAP backend. The fix, provided by upstream, includes upgrading ldappool to
2.3.1, and adding a patch to Keystone. This fix has been carefully tested by
the reporter of the problem.

Please unblock both package python3-ldappool/2.3.1-1 and Keystone/2:14.0.1-2
to migrate to Buster.
