Current jasperreports in Debian fails to build from source with all Java
versions starting from 9 due to the Java modules issue (see #912467), and
I was unable to fix it, but on the other hand it has a bunch of security
issues, so it probably isn’t fit for the release as Markus suggested.
I intend to (temporarily) remove the support for jasperreports from
libspring-java, but that would apparently require an unblock.
I’m Ccing Emmanuel and Damien so that they have a chance to object.
