Why did you only fix this so late in the cycle? If the history I see is
correct, open-build-service has been out of testing since 2018-04-26.
Did you really have to wait until we were into the soft-freeze? So we
are missing the picture that tells us why you are so late. Can you
elaborate?
Yes. I really have to wait due to missing build-deps on rails 5.1. Most of other rails apps wasn't needed rails 5.1 but depends on rails 4. So that it has been ftbfs for a long time that I cannot do anything my own until we got rails transition to rails 5.2 under a team work

After we got rails 5.2, I noticed another problem that OBS requires rails 5.1 which doesn't work on rails 5.2. Oops.
We spent more time to patch it to make it works with rails 5.2 and made an upload before freeze which we didn't noticed there are other build-deps blocks it before we upload.
