Please remove redmine from testing to facilitate migration of rails 5.

redmine 4 is being prepared which is compatible with rails 5 but it is
not ready yet.

Did this together with its rdeps:

remove redmine-plugin-custom-css/0.1.6+dfsg-1 redmine-plugin-local-avatars/1.0.1-1 redmine-plugin-pretend/0.0.2+git20130821-4
remove redmine/3.4.6-1

Note that the full freeze is coming soon.
