Hi! We are *almost* ready to go ahead with the last Qt transition for Buster.

This time is a simple pure-bugfixes release, to the point that we need it only
for qtbase: qtdeclarative should just work.

It would be great if you could set up the transition page so I can check rdeps
easily. I'll of course ping this bug when we are ready to start the transition.
