Bug#908931: libxmlada_18-3_source.changes REJECTED

Hello.

During the gnat-8 transition [1], the libxmlada source package has
introduced new binary packages in experimental:
- Shared Object versions (libxmlada-*5)
- Ada Library Information (libxmlada-*8-dev)
These binary versions have never been seen in unstable.

All packages seem ready, I have reuploaded libxmlada/18-1 as 18-2 to
unstable.
The binary versions have been accepted
(they were not NEW because they were present in experimental),
then removed from experimental
(because a more recent source version was present in unstable).

Now 18-2 fails to build. When attempting to upload a fixed 18-3,
I get:

Debian FTP Masters:
> Source-only uploads to NEW are not allowed.
> binary:libxmlada-dom5 is NEW.
> binary:libxmlada-dom8-dev is NEW.
[...]

As far as I understand, this is because at this very moment the binary
versions do neither exist in unstable nor in experimental.

I can of course upload binary packages and wait for another NEW
approval, but is there a way to avoid this delay?

Thanks.
