Please provide a transition slot for atlas-cpp. This should be fairly
straightforward: there are only 3 reverse-depends and I maintain all three of
them. They all build correctly with the new atlas-cpp library and will only
require a binNMU rebuild in the repos. The reverse-depends are:

Level 2:
        eris
        cyphesis-cpp
Level 3:
        ember

Here is the auto-generated Ben file, it looks correct:
