nmu aces3_3.0.8-5.1 . ANY . unstable . -m "Build against openmpi 3.1.2"

aces3 builds hung due to a bug in openmpi/pmix which led to thread locking.
This was fixed with #904825, and test builds with later (current openmpi 3.1.2) work.
Please recompile aces3.

Thanks
Alastair

You wanted a give back, not a binNMU, since the package was in failed state.

I gave it back.
