Hi,
this is a first round of PHP 7.3 related binNMUs for PHP extensions
that I directly maintain, the other batch is waiting for PHP 7.3.0~rc2
to hit unstable that added Depends on libpcre2-dev to php7.3-dev.
And the rest either needs new upstream version, or a patch, so it will
be handled as separate upload.

FWIW you can use the php7.3 transition bug for these requests, no need to open
separate bugs.
