Sadly there's still quite a big backlog of requests; I'm working through them as quickly as I can.
For clarification, were you asking that the Uploaders change be omitted, or was this just an FYI? Much appreciated.
Just an FYI. It's fine to change it, but it's unlikely to make a practical impact - maintainership information is often outdated in stable releases and I'm not sure anything actually uses it.
