Why doesn't that look correct to you?

Please note that cron's init file already had a dependency on remote
mount points being available (autofs - see bug #512757).
Remote-fs.target was added to the cron.service file due to bug
#815088 (in version 3.0pl1-128.1, available in unstable following a
NMU in Oct 2017). I just added to this proposed upload for coherence.

Cron system tasks do not depend on user's directories being mounted.
However, crontab tasks defined by local users might depend on remote
mount points being available in the systems (e.g. their /home).

Best regards

Javier
