As a final test, wrt vips, noticing that it was ftbfs on experimental
but doing great on unstable, I compiled it on unstable using -3 revision
of libopenexr23 and -dev and it builds fine. So no need to open a bug
report on that.

I'll upload the unstable revision asap.
