hi,

i did a rebuild of all reverse dependencies using ratt and submitted bug
reports to the packages i found to fail rebuild:

hhvm_3.24.7+dfsg-2: already removed from testing
shogun_3.2.0-8: see #912565
captagent_6.1.0.20-3: fails because of #891532 and was already removed
from testing

psensor_1.1.5-1: #915851
u1db_13.10-6.2: #915897
syslog-ng_3.13.2-5: #914246

(i've never followed a transition nor used ratt before, i hope that was
the right way to move forward)
