nmu ros-rosconsole_1.13.7-1 . amd64 . unstable . -m "clean rebuild"

Hi release team,

look like my build setup wasn't clean when I build this (or something
else changed while this was sitting in new). It was reported to be
broken in

https://lists.debian.org/debian-science/2018/09/msg00045.html

And I confirmed it on my local amd64 machine. I tested it on armhf
(buildd build) as well and it was working there. So I assume only amd64
is affected.

Thanks

Jochen
