Hi,

let's fix the missing dependencies on pkg-resources in stretch, too.
(#896393, #896232).
This is a rebuild of the package in sid with no further changes needed.
The package in sid itself comes with some metadata updates (Vcs-*,
typos, copyright, Standards-Version, ...) that do not affect the
package build process.

The package has already been uploaded.
