With apologies for the delay in getting back to this again, please feel
free to go ahead with the upload, so we can make sure to get this in
for 9.5.

(I realise there's a slight irony, but a quick upload would be
appreciated, so we can get as much testing as possible before the -
hopefully quite soon - freeze for 9.5.)
