​This is a small change on d/rules passing "​--without-libstatgrab" (as advised by upstream on a duplicate bug report[1]) to fix #855215[2].

I confirmed the bug on Jessie, confirmed the fix on jessie-bpo (the 0.6.1 release was fixed), and confirmed this fix attached on jessie at 3 different machines (mine and the two people cited on changelog), it all looks good. No regressions.

I also pushed the fix on git[3].

As i'm not a DD, Terceiro will sponsor my upload.
