Why? Because of the fall out for packages? We can tell britney to ignore
that. I think deploying of autopkgtest makes it easier to test debci
against it. And that in turn facilitates testing of britney before
deploying it.

I can do the britney part: preventing penalties to packages that would
be hampered, fixing britney after a fixed debci got deployed to find out
I did it correctly.

But anyways, I'll start working on it (britney has a great test suite),
so I should be able to go a long way.
