FWIW The instructions at https://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/developers- reference/ch05.en.html#removing-pkgs Say to file the bug against ftp.debian.org but the reportbug told me to file against release.debian.org. (I think I forgot to be more specific because I'd just filled out the f tp.debian.org template which was more specific.) Diane
