This was uploaded and I was going to accept it, but then our tooling
reminded me that dbus produces a udeb.

Looking back through previous uploads, they don't appear to have had
KiBi-acks, but I'm not sure whether that's because we failed to check
or because KiBi had at some point said he didn't care about the udeb. I
can't find a record of the latter, so CCing to confirm.
