It was cancelled due to only one member of the release team being
available at the designated time.

To my knowledge, this meeting is cancelled without replacement and the
next meeting will be:

 * 2017-11-22 19:00 UTC

@Attendees: Please note that if you are in a location that observes
Daylight Saving Time (DST) at the moment, then most likely it will stop
observing DST by the time the next meeting occurs.
