Dear Release Team,

Please schedule a binNMU of xindy, which has to be recompiled against the new
ABI provided by clisp (note that ABI version is exposed by clisp through the
provided pseudo-package clisp-fasl-loader-<YYYYMMDD>, whose value has therefore
been bumped).

Also note that xindy did FTBFS on armel and armhf because of a bug in clisp,
which should now be fixed. It should therefore be given back on those arches.

nmu xindy_2.5.1.20160104-2 . ANY -armel -armhf . unstable . -m "rebuild against clisp 1:2.49.20170913-3"
gb xindy_2.5.1.20160104-2 . armel armhf
