Please unblock package petsc

Upstream has just released patch version 3.7.5, fixing various bugs.
The ABI remains the same 3.7 (SONAMEs libpetsc_real.so.3.7 and
libpetsc_complex.so.3.7) but ew packages libpetsc3.7.5, etc are
introduced. This is because the debian packaging reflects the upstream
installation structure which provides parallel installation of patch
versions.

Only a small number of packages are involved:
  slepc
  dolfin
  deal.ii
  getdp

slepc, deal.ii and getdp will require rebuild. dolfin should be
unaffected since it depend on the virtual ABI version libpetsc3.7
provided by libpetsc3.7.5

3.7.5+dfsg1-1 is already uploaded to experimental, ready to be
dropped into unstable as petsc/3.7.5+dfsg1-2 with your agreement

It would be a good service for the users of stretch if they had access
to the bug fixes provided in this release.

Great. Let's close this as no unblock or age-days is needed (for now).
