I have updated wireless-regdb in unstable to a new upstream release,
and this has also entered testing.  There have been many changes to
the database based on new regulations and information about additional
countries.  These should also go into stable so that users can easily
comply with current laws and use the full permitted ranges of
frequency and transmit power.
