The Titan compiler needs the same gcc version (major.minor) which compiled the eclipse/titan binaries.
When the package was built for stretch, the gcc version was 6.2.x, now it is 6.3.x
Now if the user wants to build a TTCN-3 project with the titan compiler, then it will abort with an error:

/usr/include/titan/cversion.h:7:2: error: #error The version of GCC does not match the expected version (GCC 6.2.0)

A simple recompile will solve this issue, the new binaries will be created with gcc 6.3.x and Titan will work again.
So please, recompile eclipse-titan.
