The target distribution should simply be "stretch", please. (dak should
do the right thing and treat the uploads in the same way, but it's at
best confusing - nothing is ever uploaded to -updates, but copied there
from p-u.)

Whether this particular upload ends up in -updates rather than just
waiting for the next point release may depend on when that ends up
happening relative to the rollover date.
