Control: tag -1 - confirmed + moreinfo

On second thought, the situation with openscenegraph [1] is going to
lead to version constraint violation on point release day AFAIUI, if
we accept this update in stretch.

 1. https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=qgis

In a development chroot:
| (sid-amd64-devel)kibi@wodi:~$ sudo apt-get install libosgearth-dev libopenscenegraph-dev
| …
| The following packages have unmet dependencies:
| libosgearth-dev : Depends: libopenscenegraph-3.4-dev but it is not going to be installed
| E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

Indeed, libosgearth-dev depends on libopenscenegraph-3.4-dev, the
latter conflicts against libopenscenegraph-dev, and your package
build-depends on both libosgearth-dev and libopenscenegraph-dev.

It seems to me one of the 3 packages above need a fix, or yours need
to stop build-depending on impossible things. I'll leave it up to you
to file a bug report against the appropriate package.

In the meanwhile, I'm adjusting tags for this stretch-pu requests, so
that other release team members aren't tempted to accept the package
you uploaded, until we get a FTBFS (or BD-Uninstallable) fix.
