Bug#864655: stretch-pu: package trafficserver/7.0.0-5+deb9u1

Package: release.debian.org
Severity: normal
User: release.debian.org@packages.debian.org
Usertags: pu

I'd like to apply the attached patch as first pu for trafficserver in
stretch, it fixes the build on kfreebsd and arm architectures.

Regards,
Aron
