Please unblock package dput, version “0.12.1”.

This release addresses Debian bug#863348 (severity “important”) by
altering the default configuration to avoid now-deprecated Debian
archive hostnames.

I am attaching the debdiff of version “0.12.0” → “0.12.1”.
