Please unblock python-biplist/1.0.2-1.

This fixes the test failure on 32-bit arches that got it kicked out of
testing.  Attached is the source debdiff.

To be clear: it's not kicked out of testing (yet), but it is on the list of
auto-removals, so it would be kicked out if the bug didn't get fixed. But with
the fix and the unblock, that shouldn't happen.
