[ Resending as this got lost in the intertubes ]

Hello release team,

I reviewed my packages status yesterday and found out I had forgotten
to request this unblock. mame-extra is supposed to go along with MAME
and match its version. It contains two data files with info re games
history and capabilities in MAME.

I'm attaching the full source diff, in case you want to consider this
only-text update into stretch/non-free.

unblock mame-extra/0.182-1
