Hi Mathieu,

I am sorry that we haven't replied to your unblock request.  As far as I
can tell, the diff was too large and lists.d.o silently dropped the mail
(it is a rather annoying misfeature that bugs.d.o and lists.d.o does not
agree on attachment sizes).

As for the unblock itself.  I am ok with accepting this change as an
exception for stretch, but we need a better solution for buster.

One remark though, I don't see a "non-minified" version of:
     ".../js/jquery.mobile/jquery.mobile.min.css"

If that file is absent, it fails the FTP-master's requirement for
providing DFSG compliant source and is accordingly an RC bug on its own.
 That said, I am only seeing what is in the diff, so the "non-minified"
file is already included in 2.27.6+debian0, then it is just a
false-positive.
