Shipping 3.2.1 with security fixes is clearly better than shipping 3.2, so
please go ahead with an upload to unstable, and remove the moreinfo tag once the
package is accepted and built on all release architectures.
SRMs, if you consider that suricata is not suitable for being in a stable
release, please say so.
