Bug#857136: unblock: ifupdown2/1.0~git20170307-1



Can we still get this in stretch or should I RFS to unstable with the LC_ALL fix?

Please use LC_ALL=C.UTF-8 (or similar) to avoid other locale specific
issues.

In theory, some languages could require a reorder of the words so the
package name was not the last word in the sentence.
