A new bugfix patch version of PETSc has just been released (3.7.5). It would
be good if we can include it in stretch, see #851102. It requires
dolfin, getdp and deal.ii to be rebuilt (slepc is already rebuilt).

Hmm, it seems I'm getting ahead of myself here. dolfin, getdp and
deal.ii already depend on the virtual package libpetsc3.7, which is
provided by any patch release, libpetsc3.7.4 or libpetsc3.7.5. The
PETSc soname goes with the minor version (3.7), not the patch version.
So binNMU should not be necessary. Hence, closing this bug.
