Bug#851653: RM: packages with RC bugs requesting omission from testing

The following packages have RC bugs filed specifically to keep
the package out of testing, but accidentally migrated when the testing
infrastructure temporarily forgot about RC bugs. Some of them are up
for autoremoval in a couple of weeks anyway, but removing them would
get them off the to-do list.
In each case the first package listed is the one with the RC bug, and
subsequent packages are reverse dependencies according to
dak rm -R -n -s testing.

Arguably also this, but its rdep was in testing even before the
BTS issue:
