Bug#832098: transition: llvm-defaults

Package: release.debian.org
Severity: normal
User: release.debian.org@packages.debian.org
Usertags: transition

Hello,

This is again the time to transition to a more recent version of LLVM.
This time, I would be more agressive and skip the 3.7 transition:
* takes too much time
* 3.8 is stable with its 3.8.1 release
* 3.7 is no longer maintained
* we have too many releases of llvm in the archive
* I don't remember seeing critical changes between 3.7 and 3.8

Ben file:

title = "llvm-defaults-3.8";
is_affected = .depends ~ "lib(clang1-3.5|libllvm3.5|clang1-3.6|libllvm3.6)" | .depends ~ "lib(clang1-3.8|libllvm3.8)";
is_good = .depends ~ "lib(clang1-3.8|libllvm3.8)";
is_bad = .depends ~ "lib(clang1-3.5|libllvm3.5|clang1-3.6|libllvm3.6)";
