Thanks for super quick response.

gdal (2.1.1+dfsg-1), liblas (1.8.0-11) & libgdal-grass (2.1.1-1) have
been uploaded to unstable and are currently being built.

I think we'll keep SAGA 2.3.1 in experimental until gdal (2.1.1+dfsg-1)
migrates to testing. Having the saga & merkaartor packages in
experimental binNMUed along with their counterparts in unstable is would
be very welcome.
