A small transition of libsodium. It has soname 13 in Sid and 18 in experimental.

Go ahead.
It's basically over. The remaining three issue follows.
The Hurd failure of zeromq3 is expected as happened all the time
previously. Sid version never build on it.
The mips64el unsatisfiable build dependency caused by a buildd issue.
The build of libsodium is successful for twelve hours, but not
uploaded and hence not installed to the pool. Once it's fixed, zeromq3
will be right as well.

Not an issue as they aren't release architectures.

The s390x self-test failure happens once a while, please reschedule
its build and it should be right next time.

Less than ideal but ok. Given back.
