Hello,

I have just tried this locally. I get a build-error with
libopenexr-dev/experimental but get a successful build if I
additionally upgrade libilmbase-dev to experimental.

Shouldn't libopenexr-dev's dependency on libilmbase-dev be versioned,
requiring libilmbase-dev (>= 2.2.0-3)?

The dependency was versioned in 1.x.
