Hi Sebastian,

Thanks for helping track these.

There has been confusion with how we handle this ssl1.1 bugs.  However,
we have (now) agreed on keeping the bugs closed (even if a package stick
with ssl1.0).

The primary rationale is that it helps us with version tracking, so we
can tell if the fix migrated to testing.  I appreciate that the
underlying issue (namely ssl1.1 support is missing) may not be fixed.
In these case, please rather clone a new bug and unblock that, so we
still have one that can track ssl1.0 solution.
