This looks better. The only tool chain which matters is Jessie's, so those
warnings can be ignored.

Your changelog has a couple of issues:
 - target distribution should be 'jessie'
 - version is a duplicate; does not follow the convention +debNuN,
   you probably want 20061030.1-2+deb8u1

With those changes please go ahead, ensuring the package has been built in
a 'jessie' environment only.
