That may be the debdiff in the packaging changes - it's certainly not
the debdiff against the previous stable(-security) upload, which is what
is always requested.

(and if my guess below is correct, then works out at "428 files changed,
7099 insertions(+), 6322 deletions(-)".)

There's also a source package there - is that what you're proposing to
upload? If so, then please go ahead, but do attach a debdiff to this bug
log - a compressed copy is fine.
