dose changed from providing libdose3-ocaml-ni5k2 to libdose3-ocaml-3pgt9on s390x, and this is preventing dose3 migration (makes opam uninstallable on s390x)


the following should fix the issue

nmu opam_1.2.2-5 . s390x . -m 'rebuild against libdose3-ocaml-3pgt9'
