Hi,

I just did test build of packages above.
Location of header files changed from include to include/rtmidi so some easy patching will be needed.
I just get some trouble to build midisnoop but not because of rtmidi package. 
I am also maintainer of midisnoop and I don't see it as stopper for transition.
