We don't. I guess it was 'renamed' because it's a rewrite and the new maintainer
chose to upload it with the upstream name. Oh well, not a huge deal.

I tweaked that and created
https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/tidy-html5.html

#827891 should probably get fixed before binNMUs are scheduled.
