Please schedule a transition for suitesparse.

Note that with this new release, upstream commits to ABI tracking. Hence the
shorter SONAMEs.

All reverse deps build fine (except two which FTBFS for unrelated reasons:
freefem++/#824256, elmerfem/#754713).

I removed the last two broken rdeps. This is finished now.
