libical is already in testing. The old library hasn't been removed yet as it
still has rdeps in testing, but I'm not in a hurry to clean that up (as it's not
blocking other stuff). Let's wait a few days until the remaining packages
migrate to testing, and then I will look at removing the couple of broken
packages if they don't get autoremoved first.
