The rebuilds are almost done, there are a few issues though.

pprepair & prepair cannot be built on armhf because libcgdal-qt5-dev is
not installable (#823247). I've requested removal of pprepair & prepair
from armhf (#824100 & #824101) to resolve this issue.

vtk6 cannot be built on mipsel because texlive-bin
(2016.20160512.41045-1) FTBFS (#824166). This should be resolved soon too.
